NFT Regulations
This regulation establishes the rules for the responsible use of Emorya NFTs and the way they can evolve (Level UP) or downgrade (Level DOWN). Its purpose is to prevent farming, protect the community, and ensure a sustainable ecosystem, in line with Web3 principles and the Whitepaper.
1. Core Principles
- Emorya NFTs are unique digital assets on the MultiversX blockchain, immutable and exclusively owned by users.
- The evolution of NFTs reflects users’ real and healthy physical activity.
- The application promotes genuine sports and a balanced lifestyle, not the mechanical accumulation of passive calories.
2. Devices and Activity Validation
- Activities must be recorded using a smartwatch, fitness band, or smartphone.
- If a user cannot wear a watch, they may use the phone’s sports app (Apple Health, Google Fit), starting and stopping workouts manually. At the end, calorie and duration data are validated from the phone’s app.
- Wearing a watch passively 24/7 just to accumulate calories is prohibited, as it does not reflect real sports activity.
- Manually entered activities are only accepted in specific cases and must be supported by clear evidence:
- data from a watch/band/health app that could not be automatically connected to the Emorya app,
- the number of calories and workout duration entered manually must be identical to those recorded by the user’s device.
3. Home Section (BMR)
- NFT evolution also includes daily basal calories (BMR), automatically calculated in the app.
- The calculation formula considers the user’s height, weight, age, and gender, generating a personalized minimum daily consumption.
- These calories represent the minimum energy required for vital body functions and are granted daily to every user, regardless of physical activity level.
- BMR is added automatically and transparently, and users can check values in the Home section of the app.
- Data entered in the BMR section (height, weight, age, gender) must be accurate.
- If there are suspicions of false data, the user may be required to undergo a special KYC verification to validate this information.
- If it is proven that data was intentionally falsified to gain unfair advantages, the user will be downgraded according to the regulations, down to Level 1.
4. Training Duration and Frequency
- Users may complete multiple workouts per day, and the app recognizes any real activity: gym, football, running, walking, physical work, etc.
- According to WHO, EFSA, and ACSM, regular physical activity provides significant benefits, but excessive, continuous effort without recovery breaks exceeding 2–3 hours daily:
- increases the risk of muscle and joint overuse,
- increases the risk of cardiovascular incidents,
- contributes to the onset of overtraining syndrome.
- Emorya truly supports athletes and prioritizes users’ health above all else.
- When a user is flagged with calorie consumption far above normal averages, they are considered primarily a health risk and secondarily a potential fraudulent case for the app.
- In such cases, the user must explicitly prove that a watch connected to the phone was used, and that excessively large workouts are correctly recorded in the device’s health app.
- If the user claims to have changed, deleted, or damaged the phone and cannot provide proof of activities, Emorya reserves the right to apply the provisions of this regulation.
User Obligation: Every user must keep proof of the authenticity of their activities (records from watch/health app from the last 14 days) in order to demonstrate their validity.
In the absence of clear evidence, the user will be downgraded in accordance with the regulations.
5. Professional Activities with Physical Effort
- Emorya recognizes physical activity performed at work (e.g., construction, logistics, agriculture, factories, courier services, etc.), since this generates real and consistent calorie consumption.
- To be considered valid, these activities must be recorded using a watch, fitness band, or smartphone, through official health apps (Apple Health, Google Fit, or equivalent).
- If data cannot be automatically transmitted to the Emorya app, the user must provide proof of activities from the phone’s health app or the watch/band app.
- As in any workplace, breaks exist. During breaks, users must not wear the watch solely for passive calorie accumulation, as this does not reflect real professional activity.
- Users engaged in professional physical work are required to provide proof of authenticity and are subject to a special KYC process dedicated to verifying physical labor.
- Professionally declared activities entered manually, without proof, are not considered valid. In the absence of evidence, the user will be downgraded according to the regulations.
6. Level Downgrade (Level DOWN)
- Farming NFTs (simultaneous artificial growth across multiple accounts, entering false or invented data) results in a downgrade to Level 1 or the level halved, depending on the the severity of the situation.
- Second offense results in direct downgrade to Level 1.
- Severe fraud or repeated violations result in permanent blocking of the user, through a ban on NFT use.
- In cases where only a first-time violation is reported on a user account, the NFT will be downgraded by only one level, reflecting the seriousness of the situation.
7. Identity Verification (KYC)
- To prevent farming and false activities, the team may request KYC from users.
- Users who refuse or fail to respond to verification will be downgraded according to the violation (one level or directly to Level 1, in repeated cases).
8. Monitoring and Transparency
- All NFTs are continuously monitored through algorithms and manual checks.
- Users in the violation database are subject to additional reviews.
- Downgrading is not arbitrary: every decision has a clear, documented reason that is communicated to the user.
- Users have the right to provide evidence and explanations during reviews.
9. Principle of Real Sport
- According to the Whitepaper, every real step and every real calorie counts.
- However, the app differentiates between:
- Passive calories (minimal movements, passive wearing of the watch, see Article 4),
- Authentic sports activities (fitness, running, football, intense physical work), which are fully recognized and rewarded as the foundation of NFT growth.
- In this way, the app does not impose artificial limits but prevents farming through weighting, checks, and clear evidence.
10. Conclusion
The NFT is the property of the user, immutable on the blockchain.
Its evolution strictly depends on real, verifiable, and healthy activities.
Farming, wearing the watch non-stop, manual entry without proof, falsifying BMR data, and refusing KYC violate the regulations and result in sanctions.
Real sport + BMR > passive calories: the app rewards genuine movement, basal data, and a healthy lifestyle, not artificial growth methods.
This regulation is preventive: it protects the community, slows artificial NFT growth, and guarantees transparency and sustainability of the Emorya ecosystem.
