How to Monetize
Here’s everything you need to know about monetizing your EMRS.
1. Earn EMRS
To start monetizing, you first need to earn EMRS by burning calories. You can earn EMRS in three ways:
- Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR): Earn EMRS daily based on your BMR from your dashboard. This is the lowest source of EMRS — about 25% of total EMRS from your Activities Journal.
- Activities Journal: The more activities you log, the more EMRS you earn. Plus, your rewards increase depending on your NFT Level.
- Teams & Referrals: Invite friends with your referral code and earn EMRS from their activity. This is the most rewarding way to earn EMRS quickly!
2. Dynamic Staking
To monetize your EMRS, you need to stake EMR in Dynamic Staking.
- Connect to our dApp using xPortal or MVX Extension at the dApp.
- Wrap your EMR tokens into WEMR.
- Stake your WEMR in the Dynamic Staking section.
If you need help, check out our dedicated tutorial for Dynamic Staking.
3. Transfer to Wallet
Next, transfer your earned EMRS from the Emorya App to your Web3 wallet (like xPortal):
- Go to Wallet in the Emorya App.
- Use the Transfer to wallet function to send your EMRS.
- Confirm the transaction — your EMRS will arrive in your xPortal wallet.
4. Swap EMRS for EMR
The final step to monetize is to swap your EMRS tokens for EMR tokens:
- In the Emorya App, go to the Wallet section.
- Click the SWAP button.
- Select the amount of EMRS you want to swap.
- Confirm on xPortal — your EMRS will be swapped for EMR.
Follow these steps to fully monetize your EMRS and enjoy all the benefits of the Emorya ecosystem!
-
The Basal Metabolic Rate from the dashboard is updated every 6 hours.
-
If you don’t claim your EMRS from the Activities Journal within 12 hours, it will expire and be lost.
-
In Teams, your EMRS is lost after 7 days if no claim is made.
-
You can swap only 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50% or 100% monthly from EMRS to EMR, depending on how much EMR you have in staking and the level of your NFT.
